Opening up a bar of your very own, with your own vision and direction, decorating and adding themes, is an experience that is unmatched by just about anything else. The possibilities are endless when you are dreaming up your own perfect new dream bar. What will you fill it with? What drinks will you serve? How big of a menu will you have? Will you serve food? Do you want to have a huge line of import and domestic beers available? Should you use bottles or put them on tap?
